We maintain detailed records of run times, scrap, non-conformances, and corrective actions to ensure full traceability. Production data is consistently tracked, reports are generated, and on-time delivery is monitored. Each area is reviewed to maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready records within our system.
Our Continuous Improvement Manager works closely with production management and operators to drive ongoing process improvements across all operations. This includes daily monitoring of machine efficiency, cycle times, and production output to identify opportunities for increased performance, consistency, and quality.

Our precision CNC milling, turning, and wire forming operations follow strict inspection protocols as part of our quality program. All gauges are calibrated annually against NIST-traceable standards to ensure measurement accuracy.
We also oversee and verify all secondary processes—including heat treatment, anodizing, and finish grinding—to ensure final products meet all required specifications.
